Nike are the best shoes for running.
Air Max Sequent Nikes are the best shoes for running. When the heel touches down on the running cycle the air in the heel cushions the foot, even while walking these are very comfortable.

This is the "love child" from Nike/Adidas....flyknit and bounce!!<br /><br />Very comfy - but laces are way too long.

I was leery of purchasing this Nike. Most Nike's are way too narrow for me. This one looked wider than normal for a Nike. It fits very well and very comfortable to walk in.
