Always bought new balance - decided to try this brand. Glad I did. These are the most comfortable sneakers I’ve ever worn. On a scale of 10 - these are a 10. New Balance 7 (993’s to the new foam ones).<br /><br />Build quality is great. I’m hard in sneakers and these have held up better than any sneaker before.<br /><br />ASICS is my new go to brand. Also love the color, gotten at least a dozen compliments on them.<br /><br />10/10.

If you wear the SL-2 last from New Balance and are on your feet all day this is the shoe for you.
I'm a big man. I am about 300 pounds and walk on concrete all day as a Corrections Officer. This shoe has good support without sacrificing cushioning. Most cushion shoes can't hold up to a 300 pound man walking all day, every day in them. The cushion breaks down, the inside of the heel cup falls apart, but not in these. I get about a year out of them. If you don't know what shoe last you take I encourage you to go to a New Balance store and get you foot sized up. When you know what last you take you can go to their web site and search for it and it will show you all of the models that are made on that last. Then you can either buy them from them or get them here on Amazon. Usually you get a discount on Amazon. This shoe is built on the SL-2 last.
NEW BALANCE Shoes are just what I needed.
Love the shoe, but through my own mistake I ordered a half size too small and have worn them to see if they will stretch a bit. With the correct size they are really great walking shoes and I will order soon but for the correct half size larger.

I've been buying New Balance sneakers for over 30-years. You can't beat them for quality and comfort, and these shoes are certainly no exception. These fit as expected, but may be better for those with normal width to narrow sizes, not wide.

I user these for walking and I like them and their light feel. Nice looking, just a bit tight on my width. They are quite firm for their light weight, I like that. I have worn New Balance for years, these are their imported shoes, but still nice. Great support, the walks glide by.

The shoes are ever so slightly narrow for a 4e shoe but I would consider them a fit nonetheless. They are comfortable and light. They are replacing a NB 577 model and are a considerable improvement over them
Very Comfortable New Balance Men's MW977
I have worn these shoe's for several months now and they were confortable from the first day. No problems with blisters even after several miles of walking. Protect the foot from stepping on rocks and yet feels light weight when walking. High enough to prevent rocks from getting in the shoe, the waterproofing is very good and the shoe stays dry even in rainy weather. I would recommend this shoe to a friend.
