i have been wearing New Balance for quite a few years now and they have never let me down. i just re ceived these 1765's. and have not tested them out other than try them on. The fit seems fine
wide foot walking shoe from new balance
The shoes arrived very quickly. My only problem is that New Balance no longer offers a 6E width in a walking shoe; 4E is the widest so these must be broken in to feel right where the 6E felt good right from the start.
New Balance Walking Shoe comes in 6E wide
One of the few shoes my husband can wear that do not make his feet hurt. Did not give 5 stars because of the cost and because from past experience, they seem to "break down" quickly and have to be replaced even though they are not worn out. Although, he is a large man. This is a great shoe if you need a 6E, hard to find.
New Balance
As always, New Balance is a great shoe for me. I order 1/2 size up and they fit every time. I bought these for dog walking but now I hate to take them off.

I read previous reviews that indicated that the shoes were a little small for some. I normally wear a 9 medium so I ordered a 9 1/2 medium and they fit perfectly.

I am replacing a pair of new balance shoes I've had over 2 years. This pair is the replacement # for my old shoes. They fit the same and look good.
New Balance are A+
I have been wearing similar models of New Balance shoes for many years and have been always purchased 8D.I have lost bone density and weight. Perhaps I should have purchased a 7 1/2 2E instead of 8 D. But they are fine as purchased and very comfortable.

New Balance Men's MW759 Country Walking Shoe
I currently own 3 other pairs of New Balance trail running shoes and sneakers, I've been wearing New Balance for many years. They are all the same size and all fit the same. These walking shoes are just a little too long, less than a half size and a little roomier in the toe box. This is probably by design as they are for walking and not running, and definitely not so bad that I would consider returning them.

The New Balance 759 walking shoes are great. They fit true to size. I did notice the white lining on the inside started showing through the brown inside after I wore them one time.
I like New Balance products
I like New Balance products, but should either have ordered 2E width, or size 13 instead of 12. Too bad nobody makes 12 1/2 size.
Monument Mounted by Man with New Balance
Hiked to the top of Monument Mountain in a new pair of New Balance MW759 Country Walking shoes. Pair was only broken in for one day before the hike and they still performed well. Have been wearing them for daily walks ever since.

the New Balance MW759 Country Walking Shoes in size 14 2E are about perfect for my feet, allowing plenty of toe room and very comfortable for walking long distances. Well designed in other respects, too. The balance really is good. Since this is a very basic pair of good walking shoes, I do suggest adding a pair of good-quality gel insoles for extra cushioning. After an hour of fast walking (which I do every day) my feet feel great. That's a helluva lot better than ending up in the ER with a doc standing over you telling you they're going to have to amputate your feet. Hey, you only get one pair, and they have to last you a lifetime.

I have found that New Balance is consistent in size from one pair to another. It is the only brand of shoe I buy these days and the only ones I would dare buy online without trying them on.
New Balance MW978s
This is my 3rd pair and have done some serious hiking in Morocco, Ecuador and Patagonia with them and they never let me down. My second pair did squeak at first, but after a simple application of mink oil, they were fine. Love 'em !!!!
