I find the E4 fits my feet width. New Balance 608V4 training shoes are the best for my feet, better than Nike, which are too narrow. Third pair in the last 9 years -all good !

I tried these as opposed to my usual new balance 608 (which are garbage anymore). I am so glad I did. Ive been wearing these for about 4 months now everyday and they show no signs of fatigue. I am a painting contractor and am up and down ladders all day. The new balance would literally start coming apart at the seams in 3 months. Also the rebook has better cushioning and are more comfortable. They feel like I put in an aftermarket cushioning foot pad. No more new balance, REEBOK!!!

Good quality shoes. I only gave them four stars for fit because I should have ordered XXwide instead of Xwide. I don't have feet; I have pods. So, okay, my bad, but I like the shoes.

I have been buying New Balance for years. They last !!<br />Was not happy about the fit, but it's a livable problem...<br />New Balance, and most shoes, have a letter indicator for width ... A-E, EE, EEE ... Etc.<br />On the Amazon website, the shoes are given the size, then wide, or extra-wide. For example, I got size 13 wide ... The options were size 13, 13 wide, 13 extra-wide. I wasn't sure which I wanted, since the shoes are all labeled 13 a, b, c, d, e, ee, eee, etc... If shoes are labeled one way, please advertise them in the same way. Turns out I needed a 13, not 13 wide. IE, I needed a 13D, I ended up with a 13E, Please fix this ...
I tried on at new balance store first
I have two other pairs of new balance shoes. One pair are running, and one pair are cross trainer minimus. I wear 11.5 reg in both of those. I tried these on at a new balance store before I bought on Amazon. I ended up going a half size smaller, 11. So keep my experience in mind when you buy these on line. I dont run in these so I do not require much toe room. Hope this helps.
New Balance makes the most Comfortable Shoes
My son has Extra Large Feet. We buy these shoes regularly for him. They have the right support, width, length and structure for his feet. They last a long time. New Balance is King when it comes to making shoes with orthotics or if a person has special needs. On top of that, they look great.

This is one of the best New Balance sneakers I have been able to find.
I have bought 3 different New Balance shoes in the last 5 weeks. The new New Balance shoes coming out run narrow and have poor foot support. I have bought the 409's - poor support and too narrow. The 408's - poor support and too narrow. But these shoes, the 623, size 15 4E, fit very well. They have great foot support and they really are a 4E. Nice and wide in the toes like I need them. I walk more than an hour a day, 7 days a week. These shoes do the job! I am very disappointed with the new New Balance shoes they are putting out. I just ordered 2 more pairs of these because it won't be long before they will change this one too.
