The shoes are as expected except that they are tighter than I have had with past Adidas purchases. I will wear them and see if shoe stretches to a better fit.

This shoe is great it's me I have a funky lil toe and if it's to tight feeling around it I'm in bad pain so I thought the top was mesh it's soft but just not soft enough that's the only reason for sending them back

The adidas pro model are put together better than any other shoe I’ve owned
I haven’t purchased new shoes in over a year so, when I saw the price (very reasonable) I purchased 2 pair, which is a first for me. The padding in these shoes are are thick and placed well throughout the heel and toe which makes them comfortable from the first day. The Adidas pro model were introduced in the 70’s and are the best basketball shoe ever made.
I can finally wear Gazelles Again
Not to be confused with the Adidas Originals standard "Gazelle" the "Gazelle OG" is a slightly different show with an earlier style, much more reminiscent of the late 60s and early 70s.<br /><br />I wore standard Gazelles for many years until Adidas cheapened the materials. After the change the material smelled horrible and the tongues would squeak like crazy. The "Gazelle OG" on the other hand, seems to be made out of much better material. Not only that but THE TOUNGE HAS A LACE HOLDER!!! I've never understood why Adidas omitted the lace holder from Gazelles and Sambas but the "Gazelle OG" has one so that the tongue will stay in place.<br /><br />Anyway, these shoes need almost no break-in and are comfortable for all day wear. You may consider ordering a half-size bigger than you need because they run a little small.
