Great Workout Shoes
I have purchased many Crossfit shoes over the years, primarily used for weight and cardio training. The best (Reebok Nanos, Innov 8 and Nike) have varied in comfort but not provided adequate forefoot support for calve raises and the Nike's squeak). The One Cushion's are as comfortable as the Nanos, offer the forefoot support of the Nike's, and are excellent for squatting....and they look good. The best workout shoes I have ever used.

Flat feet, wide toe box, awesome shoe!
Really cool shoe. Bought them because I like the zero drop and wide toe box. I'm usually a Nike Free type of guy, but they've changed that shoe so much I don't like it anymore, added a really chunky heel that sucks. I tried these ecause I have flat feet, but I definitely don't need arch support, and they have a nice look, and they feel awesome. Really cush ride when you're running, but they still hug your feet in all the right spots. Tried to run on the Instinct 2.0 and didn't like it at all, too much pad in the back. These are just the right amount of padding. I ended up buying another pair for casual wear, too.
My favorite shoe.
Nike Dual Fusion are my favorite shoes ever. But, they work for me, for my feet, for driving a truck all day (or all night) and walking around when I'm not. It's largely a matter of personal preference. I noted that they're somewhat small, but I'm sure they're supposed to fit snug. So, I just order a larger size for a bit more toe room. Like the man said, "I wear a 12, but a 13 feels so good I buy 14s."

I intentionally got the 4E wide because that's what my Nike's were that fit great. I have wide, flat feet. The 4E is almost too wide. I wonder what the regular size is like. But I'm satisfied.
