This shoe is extremely comfortable. I purchased these and the Nike Metcon 4 at the same time to wear them side by side for comparison. Nano 8 is more comfortable, and probably could even be worn for short runs, but it does not feel as stable for lifting as the Metcon 4 did. I would not advise running in the Metcon 4 at all, but it is great for squats, cleans, etc. I have yet to return these as they were so comfortable they might just be worth holding onto to throw into my workout days when I am doing mostly cardio, upper body stuff that doesn't need the stability of the Metcon. So overall, I cannot report on performance, but out of the box comfort/feel/style all are great. I would recommend for someone looking for a glove like fit with comfort, weight, and style in mind. I look forward to testing them out in the gym eventually.

I wear a size 8 1/2 order to size 8 1/2 do you wear on the black Nikes? They’re half size smaller so if you were in it half you have to order 9

Initially they feel small but after you break them in they feel great. True to size, lightweight shoe. Very pleased!!!
