great shoes, love new balance
great shoes and great price
Good New Balance fit, but run a bit smaller than I was used to.
A good fitting shoe, but not quite as perfect as past purchases. For years, I wore a 9 in this New Balance style, but today's 9s pinch my right big toe in the worst way. So I upsized to 9.5 to get an acceptable fit.<br /><br />The older 9s that fit so well in the past were made in Vietnam. The ones that I just received today, upsized to a 9.5, are made in China. Changing off-shore manufacturers may account for sizing differences.<br /><br />Time will tell if Chinese production has the wear life my older made-in-Vietnam pairs delivered. Tread appears to be good. I do a lot of mountain-side hiking and field work, I like the aggressive nature of the New Balance soles (which in the past have typically lasted me just under a year). I've yet to wear out a pair of New Balance uppers.

This review on the New Balance 993 is my first on the 900's by New Balance. I have a medical problem that can effect my stability at times. These "993's are just the ticket for me during speed walks and strolls with the wife. I can assure you these "Trainers", as my British friends would say, are top of the line AND MADE IN THE USA.

I have been buying New Balance shoes since the 1980's and they are ALWAYS consistent in workmanship and quality. I would recommend them to anyone who has problems with heel spurs or with finding a shoe with a wide width. New Balance is the best in my opinion.

New Balance Shoes
I purchased the New Balance shoes for work. I am constantly on my feet in a retail store on a concrete floor. The shoes I purchased were the extra wide and they fit my feet perfectly. They supply ample amount of support and my feet do not ache when I get home from work. I have worn New Balance shoes for well over 10 yrs and I am a big supporter of this brand. I would recommend these shoes and will plan to purchase again in the future.

New Balance quality and affordable
New Balance has gotten me through a lot of training and daily wear. I loved running in them and they were comfortable enough to wear any time. This style of shoe replaces an older pair of New Balance shoe, and I have to say I was shocked by the better fit and how light this show is. It's great all around.

I had an older pair of New Balance shoes, and I loved them for running. I decided to upgrade, and I have to say I am so glad I stuck with New Balance, as this shoe makes jogging, no matter where you are, so much better.
These New Balance shoes are awesome!
I was in need of a good running shoe and I will just say these are way better than Nikes or Adidas. I had a pair of both the previously mentioned brands in the past but never again, I'll be getting New Balances from now on! These or way lighter and better curved for the impact of each step when running. These also have a natural spring to each step.
