Great Cleat , but Nike does run a little narrow. If you have a wider foot wouldn't recommend.

Can't go wrong with Nike great shoes
Wear them daily, work or play.
I wear this boot nearly every day for work or play, or would if I had two/three pairs. I do switch footwear from day to day, for a more concise foot health, and have a very extensive collection of boots and sneakers, however this B.O.G. and another pair of “SOFTFOAM” Puma, along with a certain foam sole NIKE, are among my favorite shoes to date. Strong, durable construction, and very high quality.

40 miles a week runner. I've tried them all!! New balance,Nike,hoka,altra,and sacony. These are the best running shoes I've ever owned !!!!!! Buy a pair for real don't worry if the "real" runners don't where them they have no clue!!!!
Good cheap shoes
Bought these out of curiosity. I'm a nurse in my feet a lot, burn through shoes fairly quickly. This can get quite expensive. I bought these out of curiosity to see if maybe I could save some dollars, and if they'd be able to keep up, and hold up. It's been about 12 days of shift work, they aren't too bad. They are of course still a bit stiff, and are snug. But with a decent insole they have done well. I wore them one night with the included insole, it wasn't much, so I put in a store bought insole. They aren't as comfy as a pair of Nike, but maybe with time they might be. I'll keep this updated either way .... Stay tuned
