Order 1/2 size - 1 size bigger than regular, very narrow especially for Adidas brand.
Great design, material (not leather, great price though) appears to be synthetic and is very narrow. Reccomend 1/2 size to 1 size bigger than normal wearing size.

Samba = SWAG
These run a little bit small, but it will probably only bother you if you have a wide foot (arch section is fairly narrow)--my feet are not exceptionally wide and so these shoes are comfortable enough at my standard shoe size. Going up 1/2 size would probably be wise for most people. These shoes look amazing and the finish, stitching, and quality are all excellent. The Samba offers a great retro/classic look, yet the styling is still very current/trendy. Truly a timeless design--I get more comments on these shoes than other pairs I own which cost 3X as much. These shoes are not the most comfortable pair I own (though they're comfortable enough), but they're easily one of the coolest--Adidas delivers.

I had these in black when I was 13 (now 35) and my son, now 16, has had several pairs over the years! They're classics! They're one of the best constructed shoes you can buy and never go out of style!

Converted to Sambas later in life
I'm a big fan of these classic Sambas. I'd never worn a pair of Adidas shoes until I picked up a pair of these sambas two years ago. I do a decent amount of walking, the first summer I had a pair of these I put a little over 500 miles on them. These shoes are not comfortable from the get-go, they're stiff and unyielding. As you break them in they become some of the most comfortable things you can put on your feet, light and malleable they become an extension of your foot in a way I've never experienced in a shoe before. That said, they aren't invincible and the sole began wearing thin about 1,000 miles in, they didn't bust but at the point where I wore the shoes out the hardest you could poke the sole and feel it give. I kept wearing them until you could see light shine through the soles. Even then I was reluctant to replace them because they were just so darn comfortable. But it happened, after about a year and a half the sole gave out, I stepped on a bumpy bit of sidewalk outside of a department store and the rubber gave out. The new pair I picked up a month ago are a lot less uncomfortable than I remember my first pair being, but there's still a lot to be done to wear them in properly. I'm looking forward to another year and a half of stalwart service and unparalleled foot comfort. I still have shoes of other brands I wear for varying purposes, but it always feels odd wearing shoes that feel like shoes after knowing how much better it can be.
Classy looking Adidas shoe for indoor play .Also fine for every day wear and reasonably priced.
I liked that the shoe fit exactly to size and that it looks exactly as pictured. I also liked that the shoe is well constructed and appears likely to last with normal use.
