after buying one pair and trying it for 90 days I bought a second pair. I have two other pairs of zero-drop shoes one from Merrell and one from Adidas. Both are not padded and are lighter than these. Both give better traction than the Altra shoe. Both are better for both running and walking. The Altra would, IMHO be a very poor choice for some activities, like trail running.Now, you might wonder if the other shoes are better for running and walking why buy two pairs of these? Standing. Warmth. The unpaid des shoe are useless for going to Disneyland or even a shopping trip. Your feet were never meant for the super-hard surfaces of the urban world. The padding to these is just right. I can run, walk and stand in them with no issues. And the padding keeps my feet much warmer. The other shoes are meant to be worn sock less. On winter morning my feet are COLD wearing those shoes. Yes, I'm a few steps slower, but so what. The shoes are completely neutral and allow me to keep a healthy gait without freezing my toes off. P

A Satisfactory Replacement
I bought these shoes to replace an older pair of Adidas shoes that I absolutely loved. Like my others, once broken in these are very comfortable casual shoes, and being on my feet for 8-10 hours at a time at work, that's saying a lot. My only complaint is that the material that the shoes are made of doesn't quite allow for an easy clean.

Best turf shoes I've ever owned!! I've had mercurials, adidas X and adidas messi turf. I wear an ankle brace so this gives me the best option and comfort in that sense. Traction is great. Ball handling is on point and they fit great right from the start. I play a few days thru out the week and they don't give me any issues. You won't be disappointed.
Not too shabby
I like the shoe fit, texture, and feel. Only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because the adidas logo inside the shoe rubbed off on the very first time wearing them, leaving a weird rubbery residue on my socks which permanently stained them yellow
Just like my first pair back in the 90s
I love these shoes - they're classic, simple and can be dressed up or down. I use them for riding my bike, as they're narrow enough to fit into the tow clips without issue. As others have mentioned they squeak in the beginning and look somewhat fake. But after several wears they break in and start to get scuffed, which improves the look. I love that the tongue is shorter than the classic Samba - it renders the shoe more for casual wear and looks better.
These are a great alternative to Adidas UltraBoost or NMD's
These are a great alternative to Adidas UltraBoost or NMD's. They are more comfortable than NMD's and a step down from the Ultraboost's. They also run small so make sure to get a half size up. Aside from that, they look amazing and a more affordable alternative to Adidas other models.
COMFORTABLE!!!!!
I love these shoes. They are so damn comfortable. The bar for comfort is high for me now. These are more comfortable than the cloud foam line of adidas shoes. I may buy them in black too.
Good shoe for the turf pitch!
Bought these shoes when I needed to replace an older pair of Adidas. I have to say that these are probably the best turf shoes that I have played in. They have a good fit to them and the material and build quality are top notch.They have an asymmetrical lace configuration (to those that believe in that design of choice) to allow better contact with the ball. The pleather in use actually feels good as opposed to some really hard plastic that cheaper shoes come with. Because of that, the shoe does tend to run a little on the heavy side, but it just guarantees a little more longevity for your shoe. I've had other, cheaper pairs that break down in mere weeks of use. This pair has lasted a good four months without any noticeable wear and tear, aside from the scuff marks and dirt that accumulates with proper use.The only down side is that, at least in my preference, the shoes come with really short laces. These laces are just enough to tie them once, but I prefer to double-knot my laces to securely ensure them. I hate to have to constantly re-tie laces over and over in a match. The laces here are a bit on the short side, so I replaced them with longer ones just so that I can do the double-knot on them. IF you have that same method, then I suggest you invest in some longer laces because these are rather short.I have the white/blue/black adinova, and I like this color scheme better than the other option, but both have classic style. If you're into crazier styles then this might be too tame, but if you are into the classic look of cleats or turf shoes, then this pair is right up your alley. Call me old fashioned, but nothing beats black or white cleats.Overall, I'd say these are really a great pair of soccer shoes. Aside from the short laces, I can't say anything negative about these shoes. They have a good fit, and they feel great on the pitch. They control well on the surface with adequate grip and any time I blast the ball they protect my foot from ever hurting.Another great shoe from Adidas.
