New balance country walking shoes
My husband wears a size 10.5 regular shoe. I bought these in 10.5 and they were too small. I ordered the 11, still to small and narrow. So, then I ordered the 11.5 wide (this size I ordered from Amazon, the other sizes from Kohls. My husband does not have wide feet, but, in this shoe you need a wide. The 11.5 wide fit perfect, and he loves these shoes. Just be very sure you order a size up and wide, if you want to wear socks, or don't want to struggle putting them on

i bought these for my husband because we searched for all tennis shoes reccomended for people with feet problems like planters faciitous and flat feet, these were suggested. my husbands feet are feeling better and he wants to order another pair before they quit making this style. yeah he's not complaining any more. He has happy feet. LOL
New Balance 847 shoes are excellent for me.
The shoes fit my feet better than most I have tried. The anti-roll feature seems like a gimic but I had foot problems related to weak ankles. These shoes fixed that problem, the anti-roll works. I can walk several miles a day and still not have pain in my feet. I will definitely buy these again.
New Balance Walking Shoe Very Good
I have neuropathy pretty bad in my feet. I'm not diabetic. It's caused from all the service-connected surgeries I've had over the years. Nerves have been damaged and it seems the whole system is out of whack. I'm on lockdown because of Covid-19, but in June of 2020 I started a walking program. 40 mins @ well over 100 steps/min. My left knee's artificial. It's been replaced. My walking in decent Sketchers was causing some knee pain and irritating the neuropathy in my feet. I saw these New Balance Walking Shoes/Sneakers and received them around Aug 7th. I wear a size 10W, but they were out, so I added and got the double wide. It fits about right. I've been on 3-4 walks so far and they've been good. I added my custom made arch support pad to the inside of the shoe. I does shorten the loop to velcro a bit, so I pull on each loop tighter to get a good connection, so it stays connected. No significant issues w/ my feet or knee. I'm going to alternate from walking to stationary biking and walking soon as I get a recumbent bike (birthday). If I notice any significant changes in these shoes the I'll adjust my rating, but in the meantime, I give them 5 Stars. All the running I did in the military and the New Balance shoes seemed to serve me best. I hope they work for you.

The shoes were a perfect fit, and I purchased locking shoe laces to go with them. Very comfortable!

Shoe Very Stiff no flexibility, especially when wearing orthotics.these shoes felt like I had 2x4s strapped on my soles.<br />In fact they were stiffer than my old pair of 928s when worn with orthoics

Bought this because I needed a new work shoe since I work in fast food. It definitely feels great as I have a flat arch on my feet and it helps a ton. my only gripe is that it's not a nonslip shoe, I slide around at work due to this and am lucky to not have fallen yet, this isn't much a problem as long as you're careful. This is also now the pair of shoes I wear everywhere, I'll probably buy another pair in another color for when I'm not working.

I like New Balance
I’ve always liked New Balance. As former runner and now as a walker. They normally fit to size. I normally wear a 91/2, but bought these in a 10. Right on the money for me. I typically change out the foot insert due to flat foot condition. While the arch support is fine for the normal foot, I put in the same soft sole Dr. Sholls insert from an old pair of New Balance. Wal-a… I’m back to walking with a great pair of shoes at a great price. These look and feel durable. If you are not familiar with New Balance, they run a little heavier than Nike, Fila, and Adidas, but otherwise they are a great tennis shoe. I would recommend this shoe.

These may be the best but years ago I was a runner, then a jogger and<br />now at 82---we walk. So, very pleased. I have short and w-i-d-e feet and there are only two shoe and sneaker manufacturers who make my size. For anyone who is frustrated and can't find their width in "normal" sports or shoe stores, please do yourself a favor and look for shoes/boots in the Rockport brand, and sneakers in the New Balance brand. My size is a 7.5-8 EEEE -- no, my E key didn't get stuck! New Balance sneakers are THE sneaker brand if you have wide feet!
